Good morning Hazel and Holly class.
I hope you all had a lovely day yesterday being creative making firefighter hats and drawing to the snowman music. Who danced and managed to copy the moves to the Cha Cha Cha slide and have fun?
Today in Literacy, I am going to read you a story about a special firefighter and a special school trip.
Have a think about some of the questions below while you are listening to the story and see if you can answer them at the end.
What exciting news did Mr Clarke tell the children?
What did Charlie say firefighters do?
Why does Charlie need to be fit?
What did Charlie tell Ayesha she should be when she grows up?
What would you like to be when you grow up?
Can you draw a picture of what you would like to be when you grow up and send it to me on Dojos.
In Maths today, I have a lovely fun snowman shape activity for you to try. Cut out and name the different shapes to make your snowman.
Extension- Try the 2D shape home challenge either today or over the weekend with your family.
Friday is P.E. day, have fun trying out Andy's Wild Workouts in the Artic link below.
I have also included some new optional fun activities and colouring pages linking to fire services- Marshall from Paw Patrol the firefighter.
Please send pictures of the work you have completed via the Dojo portfolio and I can award Dojos for this. Please message me if you have any questions.
Have a lovely weekend.
