I hope you all had a lovely weekend and managed to relax and get outdoors.
This week we will continue to look at the season of Winter and People Who Help Us and share some of our favourite stories with you.
Please note from now activities with (N2) in front of them are for the children going to Reception. These activities will extend their previous learning and are adapted for their age and stage of development. (N1) activities will be for the new children who will be staying in Nursery for another year. If there is an (A) against the activity this will be for all children to learn and enjoy.
(A)Physical Education - 0900
Today can you take part in the new P.E with Joe Wicks, he will be live from 9.00 am every day. To access this go to P.E with Joe Wicks on YouTube. We will do some form of exercise each day as it is important to get 30 minutes of exercise.

(A) - Video lesson on 2D shapes around us. After the lesson have fun singing along to the shape song to reinforce their learning.
(A) - Go on a shape hunt around your house, find 10 items of different shapes. See if you can find any new shapes.
(N2) - Can you draw the shapes independently from the lesson and your shape hunt.

(A) Can you make your own fire engine out of recycling materials from your home. I have added some pictures and ideas to help you get started. Please send me Dojos of finished creations so I can award 10 Dojos to you.
(A) There is an I Spy shape game, a winter counting activity and a shape colouring sheet for you to try.
Each day we will continue to follow the school timetable including activities in Maths, English, Creative and Physical for you to complete. Plus some optional fun additional activities.
Please send pictures of the work you have completed via the Dojo portfolio and I can award Dojos for this. Please message me if you have any questions.
