Good morning Hornbeam,
Just a reminder to join our Zoom call today with a knife, fork and spoon, as well as a pencil and paper please. Usual times and codes when joining.
Your morning starter is the maths number sheet, you are doing really well with this. Remember when drawing it, you can use base 10 or place value counters on a place value chart.
English- We are almost at the end of our Stone Age topic so today I would like you to write your own diamante poem about a caveman or woman. It is all explained in the video and a word bank and template of how to set it out are attached underneath, as well as a template to write it on if you wish.
Group 1 Can you complete the end of topic assessment sheet as you have finished statistics and there is a bar chart activity also set on Mathletics. If you would like additional maths there are lots of sheets on the maths icon on our page.
Group 2 - You are interpreting pictograms 2,5 and 10s today. The worksheet is attached underneath the video. Don't forget to use the answers to tick or fix your work when you have finished.
PE- Can you escape the Ice Age then use the link to our sports page where there are plenty of other activities to take part in. Don't forget to take part in the London Youth Games challenge and submit your score as well.
French- You are continuing with numbers in French, your work is explained by Mrs Betson in the presentation attached below.
Have fun today!
