Good morning! Happy Tuesday!


Well done for completing the activities yesterday and thank you for sending your work through.  

I have included your activities for today below. Today you will be doing a morning starter, Guided Reading, Maths, Science and PE. I have also  included additional activities at the bottom of the page for you to complete if you have any extra time. 


If you have any questions about the activities please message me on Dojo. If you are doing any other activities at home, please send those through too!

Morning Starter

Only complete group 2 sheet if you have been told to. 
Complete the Maths or Maths Group 2 activities. Remember to mark your own work using the answers included. 
Follow the Science power point. Within the power point there is a teaching video that will talk you through electronic components, a quiz and an activity. 



Complete the following EMOM (Every minute on the minute) challenge.


  • Jog on the spot for 2 minutes to warm up. Then complete dynamic stretches that I have shown you in PE lessons.


This is a 12 Minute workout:


  • Minute 1 – 10 Frog Hops
  • Minute 2 – 30 Fast Punches
  • Minute 3 – Plank for the entire minute – take a break if you need to.




This is a 6 Minute workout: Complete the following 3 exercises;


  • Exercise 1 -   Jump lunges (one each side = 1 rep)
  • Exercise 2 – Russian twists (both sides = 1 rep)
  • Exercise 3 -  Squat with leg raise


Start with 1 rep each, than increase to 2, 3, 4, 5 reps until the time is up.


Additional challenge when completed


  • How many burpees can you do in 1 minute?

Purple Mash 

I have set a story on Purple Mash for you to read a chapter a day and complete the quiz that goes with the chapter. As this book is 7 chapters, this book will continue in to next week. 



I have set daily activities on Mathletics for you. Throughout the week you have been set five activities but you only need to complete one per day.
