Firstly in maths can you complete the I Spy Chinese count to 10 activity and colour in the dragon by numbers. We will be continuing with our Chinese New Year celebrations and looking at dragons. Watch the videos all about dragons and then make your own dragon. In Literacy, Mrs Zammattio will read the story of Zog the dragon listen for the rhyming words. Don't forget to try Cracker the dragon in our Cosmic Yoga session today.
Each day we will continue to follow the school timetable including activities in Maths, English, Creative, and Physical for you to complete. Plus some optional fun additional activities.

Listen to Mrs Zammattio reading the story of Zog the dragon. Julia Donaldson's books are great for supporting our learning of rhyme from our previous learning. Afterwards, listen to the story again and pause after each page and see if you can tell your grown-up the rhyming words.

(A)Watch the dragon dancing videos to inspire you to make your own dragon. Choose from the different dragons below, there are a couple of examples and instructions for you to have a go. Send me your pictures and you will be awarded 15 Dojos.

Please note from now activities with (N2) in front of them are for the children going to Reception. These activities will extend their previous learning and are adapted for their age and stage of development. (N1) activities will be for the new children who will be staying in Nursery for another year. If there is an (A) against the activity means this will be for all the children to learn and enjoy.
