Internet Safety Evening
We are holding an internet safety evening for parents at the school on Wednesday 24th September at 7:00 p.m. The session will be led by Denise Gray, who is a highly experienced schools’ IT consultant.

Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice
The Government published its new statutory guidance for Special Educational Needs and Disability (Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice: 0 to 25 years) was published in July 2014. In accordance with this document, we have published Warrender School’s Inclusion Offer: this sets out how we identify children with additional needs and explains the range of support we provide for children.

New National Curriculum:
From September 2014, Warrender School will be teaching to the new National Curriculum. We have taken the opportunity to review everything we teach, which is very similar to a spring clean at home. We hope we have thrown out some out of date work, kept all the good things and added some exciting new acquisitions!
