Literacy:

Today we will be finding out who the dinosaur belongs to and what dinosaur is in the egg. Please watch and listen to Mrs Morris's video 'Writing Activity - Dinosaur Egg' to see the pictures of the dinosaur and the egg. Remember to use your sounds when writing your prediction, these words do not need to be spelt completely correctly.  For example, It was a Tee Rexis egg. Make sure to send your writing to Miss O'Shea or Mrs Morris. 

Phonics:

Watch the virtual Phonics lessons by Mrs Morris and Miss O'Shea. Please send your teacher any writing that you do in your Phonics lesson. These lessons can be found on the 'daily phonics' star on the previous page.

ICT:
Please can you draw a picture of your favourite dinosaur? Think carefully about the colours and shapes you could use. Make sure to save your picture on Purple Mash so Miss O'Shea and Mrs Morris can award dojos and comment on it.  

Creative:
Today you are going to become a paleontologist! A paleontologist is a scientist who studies the fossilised remains of all kinds of organisms (plants, animals, fungi, bacteria and other single-celled living things)
